Phillip Labelle

Phillip LaBelle is an experienced Project Manager with a diverse background in engineering and project management, currently serving at Fabcon since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Project Manager at Mancor Industries, Inc. and Project Manager at Fabcon Precast. Earlier positions included Project Portfolio Manager and Design Engineer at East Penn Manufacturing Co., Engineer I at B/E Aerospace, and various roles at PennDOT, including Construction Inspector and Highway Drafter Assistant. Phillip LaBelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Wilkes University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
