Klas Holmgren

Klas Holmgren is the current Director of projects and development at Fabege.

Prior to their current position, Klas Holmgren was with IK Frej Täby Fotboll as well as Råsta Holding AB from February 2013 to January 2021 where they held the title of Styrelseledamot. Råsta Holding AB is a company that owns and manages companies responsible for developing, including detailed planning and exploitation issues, implementation, construction and sale of land in Solna. The company is today owned by Fabege and the City of Solna.

From January 2013 to December 2016, Klas Holmgren was also a Styrelseledamot with Arenabolaget i Solna AB. Arenabolaget i Solna AB is the owner of Friends Arena.

Additionally, from January 2013 to December 2016 Klas Holmgren was a Styrelseledamot with Visio Utveckling AB. Visio Utveckling AB is a company that is comprehensive in the development of new urban areas and regions. The process spans from planning work, development and construction projects themselves. Visio Utveckling AB is co-owned by Fabege and Peab.

Klas Holmgren was also previously the Chef Projekt och Förädling at Fabege AB.

Klas Holmgren studied teknikprogrammet at Åva Gymnasium.

Klas Holmgren reports to Stefan Dahlbo, President and CEO. Klas Holmgren works with Åsa Bergström - Vice President and CFO, Charlotte Liliegren - Director of City and Property Development, and Charlotta Liljefors Rosell - Director of Property Management.
