Amy Bresnahan

Amy Bresnahan, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amy is currently the Corporate Director of Human Resources at FabFitFun. Prior to this, they served as an Adjunct Professor & Lecturer at USC Marshall School of Business, where they consistently received high student evaluations. Amy also worked at the University of Southern California as a Talent Manager, where they led key projects and initiatives during a transformative period. Amy was the Head of Learning and Development, United States at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where they launched the URW Academy and built a formalized L&D function. Amy also held managerial positions at The Walt Disney Company, Jacobs, Omnicom Group, CBS Television Studios, Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies, and Village Roadshow Pictures. Amy's expertise lies in human resources, organizational development, talent management, and learning & development.

Amy Bresnahan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Amy then pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from USC Marshall School of Business. Additionally, Amy has earned multiple certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), FMLA and ADA Compliance Certification, Strategic Workforce Planning, Facet Five Accreditation, Communication, Leadership Architect, Level 1 Gamification Certification, and Negotiation.
