Lisa Larson

Lisa (Post) Larson is currently the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Gila River Resorts & Casinos, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Lisa served as Director of Human Resources at Clearwing Productions from May 2023 to April 2025, and as Vice President of People at Merchology from April 2022 to January 2023. Lisa's extensive experience in human resources also includes the role of Vice President Human Resources at New Horizon Academy from March 2017 to April 2022, HR Director and HR Manager at the Minnesota Vikings from 2006 to March 2017, HR Generalist at Polaris Industries from March 2004 to October 2006, and Human Resources Manager at Precision Incorporated from 2001 to 2003. Lisa began a career in human resources as HR Manager at Watt/Peterson from 1996 to 2000. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from St. Cloud State University, earned between 1992 and 1994.
