Jose Chang

Jose Chang is currently working as a Sommelier at Contessa Miami and holds a position as Captain at La Terrazza da Fiola Miami. With experience as a Server and Line Cook at Brooks Burgers, Jose has also served as a Student Ambassador/Tour Guide for President's 100 at the University of Miami. In addition, Jose has held the role of Outreach Programming Chair at Counseling Outreach Peer Education. Previously, Jose worked as a Dining Room Supervisor and Maitre d'Hotel at The Glenview at Pelican Bay. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Nutrition, as well as Elementary Education, from the University of Miami.
