Charu Vats

Charu Vats has worked in the Human Resources field since 2013. Charu began their career at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets as a Process Associate in 2013. In 2014, they became a Territory Manager at UAS International, where they were responsible for interviewing applicants, drafting contracts, and organizing career development programs. In 2016, they became an HR Manager at NexEdge Pvt. Ltd., where they interacted with management and heads of departments to implement HR policies and plan orientations for new recruits. In 2018, they became an HR Business Partner at Zoom Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, where they designed and implemented company policies, developed compensation and benefits plans, and monitored HR metrics. In 2021, they became a Human Resources Manager at Urbanic, where they were responsible for ensuring smooth on boarding of candidates, performance management and goal setting processes, and exit formalities. Currently, they are a Human Resources Manager at FableStreet.

Charu Vats has a three-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Finance and Human Resource from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, which they obtained in 2016. Charu also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which they obtained in 2012.
