Hardware Design Engineer at Fabric Cryptography

Matthew Hales is a hardware design engineer at Fabric Cryptography since June 2023, focusing on the development of cryptographic hardware aimed at enhancing secure and private computation. In addition, Matthew co-founded Goggles For Guppies, Inc, an internationally recognized charitable organization, in August 2011. Previous experience includes serving as a hardware engineer intern at Syntiant Corp., where contributions were made to integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning into edge devices, and holding a project manager position on the leadership team for the Cornell University College of Engineering's C2S2 Project, which promotes custom silicon solutions. Matthew holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
