Jana Oueini

Jana Oueini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and community engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships and Community Engagement and previously as the Senior Manager of People and Culture at FabricAID since June 2020, Jana has successfully implemented initiatives aligned with the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy. Previous roles include HR & Personnel Specialist at EAM | Ets Antoine Massoud, where Jana contributed to team restructuring, and HR Officer at American Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA), focusing on improving HR policies and compliance with Lebanese Labor Law. Earlier experience includes consulting for General Electric Manufacturing Company and coordinating CSR communications for CSR Al Ahli Group. Jana holds a Master's Degree in Leadership and Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
