Kirsten Sohnesen

Kirsten Sohnesen has extensive work experience in human resources. Kirsten currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at FabricAir since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the CHRO at Orskov Foods A/S in June and July 2023. From August 2021 to January 2023, Sohnesen held the CHRO position at Encodify, a marketing workflow software provider owned by Viking Venture. Before that, they worked as an HR Partner at Bravida Danmark A/S from February to July 2021. Sohnesen also has experience as a self-employed interim HR Manager at Sohnesen HR from February 2020 to January 2021, where they worked for Nippon Gases Denmark. Kirsten served as an HR Manager at Coromatic A/S from January 2016 to April 2020 and as a Headhunter - Executive Consultant at Birn + Partners from March to December 2015. Earlier in their career, Sohnesen worked as an HR Manager at Sydfyns Elforsyning from January 2013 to February 2015, and as an HR Coordinator from March to December 2012. Kirsten started their career as a Chief Consultant at Adecco Danmark in October 1998 and held this position until March 2012.

Kirsten Sohnesen completed their Akademiuddannelse/AU i HR (HRD) degree at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Merkonom i Markedsføring (Marketing) degree from Niels Brock in 1996-1997. Kirsten also holds additional certifications in various fields, such as TT38 Master from Talents Unlimited in 2021, TT38 from Talents Unlimited in 2020, Extended DISC, FinxS & SalesSolution from HR Solution in 2016, PPA, DISC from Thomas International in 2015, OPQ32, Verify from SHL in 2010, and Master Person Analyse - MPA from Master Danmark a/s in 2004.
