Sahan Rathnayake

Sahan Rathnayake has extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, starting as an Executive Engineer at Hayleys Advantis Limited in 2017. Sahan then worked at Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd. as an SMT Process Engineer from 2018 to 2021. Following this, they joined Primax Electronics Ltd. as an SMT Senior Process and NPI Engineer from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Sahan holds the position of Lead Project Engineer at Fabrinet, where they transitioned into the role of Lead Project Coordinator in February 2024.

Sahan Rathnayake completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at the Asian Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at the same institution from 2015 to 2017.
