Hajar Nasr

Hajar Nasr is a web developer with experience in both frontend and backend development. Hajar began their career in 2021 as a Web Developer at Fabulous. In the same year, they took on a role as a Web Developer at WeVenture, where they created an admin dashboard website to monitor users' data and actions, and built a Socket.io server to support the Unity team in building real-time games. In 2021, they also became a Frontend Developer at Reach4Help, where they built a color-coded world map using react-maps and d3 libraries, and translated the website into Arabic. In 2020, they worked as a Frontend Web Developer at NeedMoreMed, where they collaborated with a cross-functional team of 15+ web developers and scrum masters in Agile development, created multi-step forms for ordering and supplying medical supplies, and optimized design for 8+ screen sizes using Responsively app, flexbox, and media queries. Finally, in 2020, they worked as a Web Developer at The Collab Lab, where they paired-programmed and collaborated with a diverse team of 4 in an agile environment, developed a responsive and 100% accessible smart shopping list, and performed and received 16 code reviews to ensure code consistency.

Hajar Nasr has been pursuing their education in web development since 2019. Hajar began their studies at freeCodeCamp in 2019 and obtained five certifications in Responsive Web Design, JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures, Front End Libraries, Data Visualization, and APIs and Microservices by September 2020. In 2021, they began studying web development at the University of Helsinki.
