Lynn Sargent

Lynn Sargent is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Face Reality Skincare, Lynn has previously held significant roles, including Director of Consultants at Ignite HR Solutions and Senior Human Resources Consultant at companies such as Nuro and Nexgen Power Systems. Lynn's robust tenure at Chevron spanned over two decades, during which Lynn provided HR leadership to thousands of employees, spearheaded talent management strategies, and successfully managed major projects, including a $6M Talent Management Integration initiative. Lynn holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Michigan University.
