Rebekah Punak

Rebekah Punak is a director and associate general counsel at Meta. Rebekah was previously vice president of legal and policy at Instacart from April 2019 to February 2020. Rebekah served as deputy general counsel at Instacart from April 2017 to March 2019, and as associate general counsel from May 2016 to March 2017. Prior to that, they were senior litigation and product counsel at Instacart from May 2015 to April 2016. Rebekah began their career as an attorney at Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP in September 2007, before serving as a law clerk for the Hon. Richard J. Cardamone U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from August 2006 to August 2007. Rebekah was also a summer associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP in June 2005.
