Lukas Nordbeck

Lukas Nordbeck has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. In 2012, they worked as an HR Praktikant - Recruiting at GoodgameStudios, where they were responsible for international candidate sourcing, organizing and conducting telephone interviews.

In 2013, they joined Goodgame Studios as an HR Manager - Recruiting, overseeing the recruitment process. Later, they took on the role of Recruiting Manager and then transitioned to become a User Experience Researcher in December 2015.

In 2016, Nordbeck joined Facelift bbt as a Product Specialist, contributing to the development of their products. Lukas then became a Unit Director - Product Specialists, leading a team of specialists. Currently, they hold the position of Teamlead - Product Operations at Facelift bbt.

Lukas Nordbeck began their education at the University of Bremen, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in BWL from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they enrolled at the Universität Bremen and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie from 2011 to 2014. As part of the ERASMUS Programm, Lukas also spent a year at Midsweden University in Östersund in 2013, specializing in Business Psychology.
