Tamara Camper

Tamara Camper is an experienced environmental planner with a robust background in environmental consulting and biological assessments. Currently serving as an Environmental Planner at Facet since April 2024, Tamara previously owned and operated TransTerra Consulting, LLC from April 2018 to April 2024, providing comprehensive environmental services and managing all aspects of business development. Prior roles include Associate Environmental Planner at Caltrans, Biologist at Streamline Planning Consultants, and Owner/Biologist at Camper Consulting, among others. Tamara has developed expertise in CEQA/NEPA compliance, mitigation/restoration planning, and natural resource management, supported by a Master of Science in Biology with a botany emphasis from Humboldt State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Western Washington University.
