Lucas Leibold is an Environmental Planner with extensive experience in environmental project management and planning. Currently employed at AECOM since September 2025, Lucas previously served as an Associate Project Environmental Planner at SWCA Environmental Consultants, where responsibilities included managing projects for a nationwide utility client. Prior to that, Lucas held various roles at Insignia Environmental from May 2019 to July 2023, progressing from Environmental Intern to Lead Environmental Planner.
