Marty Ladner

Marty Ladner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Marty began their career in 1990 as an Environmental Engineer and Project Manager at the Navy Department of Defense. Marty later worked as a Materials and Process Engineer at MCSWAIN ENGINEERING, INC. In 1997, they joined Pall Corporation, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Certified Quality Engineer, Plant Manager, Product Manager/Sr. Sales Engineer, and Director of Sales and Marketing, Industrial OEM Materials Group. In 2008, Marty became the Owner and Operator of Gymboree Play and Music of Pensacola. Marty then joined Pall - Industrial in 2009, where they served as an Xact Product Team Manager and Marketing Manager, M&E/OEM. Marty later moved to Danaher Corporation and held positions such as Global Business Leader, M&E/OEM, and Global Channel Manager. Most recently, Marty worked for Bekaert as a Global Segment Manager and Global Commercial Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Sales, Application Engineering and Business Development at Facet Filtration.

Marty Ladner holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida. Marty also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of West Florida - College of Business. In addition, they obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of West Florida in 2018. Marty Ladner also holds a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA. Marty also obtained a Certificate in Business Foundations from UWF in 2014.
