Maddy Claes

Maddy Claes possesses extensive experience in operational management within the cleaning and facilities services sector. Since November 2016, Maddy has held multiple roles at Facilicom Belgium, including Performance Center Manager, KZI Manager, Operations Support Manager, Codemanager at Gom, and Districtmanager at Gom. Prior to this, Maddy spent over eight years at Euroclean as Branchmanager and worked at Facilicom Group Belgium as Districtmanager for Gom. Maddy's career also includes significant positions at Carrefour as HR - Dienstenmanager and Service Net nv, where responsibilities encompassed exploitatie verantwoordelijke, project leiding, and team lead for cleaning services. Maddy's career began at ISS A/S as a cleaner. Maddy Claes completed secondary education in Schoonheidszorgen at St Lutgardisinstituut Mol from 1976 to 1981.
