Andrea Browning

Andrea Browning is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Facilities by ADF since August 2019, Andrea previously worked as a Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner at t2 Group, where responsibilities included line management of the HR team and advising on disciplinary and grievance matters. In earlier roles at Conduit Global and Virgin Media, Andrea supported performance and attendance management while leading HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Andrea's career began as an HR Administrator at Advanced Elastomers. Educational qualifications include a CIPD level 7 from Swansea Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in Communication and Media Studies from Middlesex University.
