Mike Presley

Mike Presley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mike is currently employed as the Human Resources Director at Facility Services Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Technology Lead at the same company from February 2021 to November 2021. Before joining Facility Services Inc., they were the Customer Experience Manager at the company from March 2020 to February 2021.

In 2018, Mike worked at 360 View as a UX Research & Design professional. During their time there, they managed UX research projects for CRM platforms used by banks and credit unions. Mike also created user persona deliverables and documented foundational UX deliverables.

From 2015 to 2018, Mike held the position of Sr. UX Strategist/Designer at redpepper. In this role, they contributed to UX strategy and design initiatives.

Prior to that, Mike worked at iOptimize, LLC from 2011 to 2016 as a UX/Mobile Strategist & Owner. Mike designed and implemented mobile technology solutions for SMB and Enterprise clients, managing a development and deployment team.

Mike's career also includes a stint at Atiba Software, LLC from 2014 to 2015 where they served as a Project Manager/Business Analyst. Mike managed software development projects and implemented a company-wide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA process.

From 2012 to 2013, Mike worked as an IT Manager at Facility Services Mgmt Inc. Mike defined best practices and managed day-to-day IT and Helpdesk operations.

In 2010, Mike was an IT Analyst/Mobile Specialist at Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon, Inc., where they conducted user interviews and lead various IT-related projects.

Early in their career, Mike worked at Compass Records as a Digital Designer from 2007 to 2008. Here, they designed album artwork and created the company mission statement.

Overall, Mike Presley has been involved in various roles mostly related to technology, user experience, and management, gaining extensive experience in these fields.

Mike Presley attended Vanderbilt University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development with a focus on Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness. Mike went on to attend ITT Technical Institute from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associates degree in Computer Networking Specialist. In terms of additional certifications, Mike obtained the "Human Resources Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in October 2021 and the "User Experience: The Ultimate Guide to Usability" certification from Udemy in April 2014.
