Christine A. M. Raybo Hatledal completed their education at Norges Markedshøyskole / BI. From 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with PR and communication. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Marketing economics from Norges Markedshøyskole, BI, from 1997 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Christine has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they achieved the Prince2 certification from APMG-International / Holte Consulting. In 2017, they completed the Master Class - Digital Business Transformation from Hyper Island. Christine A. M. obtained the Certified Prosci Change Management certification from proacteur in 2018.

More recently, Christine pursued additional certifications. In 2021, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in the Enterprise from ICAgile. In the following year, they achieved the ICAgile Certified Professional - Systems Coaching from the same institution. In 2022, they completed the Product-led Certification from Mind the Product and the Service Design: How to Design Integrated Service Experiences certification from The Interaction Design Foundation.
