David McCready

David McCready is currently the Director of Reward & People Operations at Factor since January 2020. Prior to this role, David worked at Axiom from May 2015 to January 2020, holding positions such as Manager of Compensation, Associate of Compensation, and Analyst of Benefits & Wellness. David obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Queen's University Belfast in 2009 after attending Grosvenor Grammar School from 1997 to 2004.
