Judy Norton

Judy Norton serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Factor since September 2020 and has held various roles within the organization, including Manager of Chief of Staff to the CHRO & US HRBP, Recruitment Associate, and Recruitment Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Professional Development Assistant at McDermott Will & Emery from October 2019 to May 2020 and Case Manager at Alvis, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a caseload of over 80 clients under the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. Additional roles include Event Services Manager and University Archives Assistant at The Ohio State University, along with an Analyst Intern position in the Crimes Against Persons unit of the City of Columbus Division of Police. Judy Norton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology from The Ohio State University, with further education from the School for International Training and Charles University.
