Andrew Hoagland

Andrew Hoagland has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

In 2023, they are currently serving as the Head of Revenue at Factored Quality, a digital quality control platform. Prior to this, they worked at Philly Startup Leaders as a Board Member from 2022 to 2023.

From 2020 to 2023, Andrew was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Nextmv. Before that, from 2018 to 2020, they were the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vetd.

In 2015, Andrew joined Sidecar as the Senior Director of Inside Sales. Andrew later became the Director of Inside Sales and an Enterprise Sales Executive.

Andrew's experience also includes working at RJMetrics (acquired by Magento Commerce) as the Account Executive Team Lead, responsible for helping online businesses make data-driven decisions. Before that, they were an Account Executive at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at Citi as an AVP, Ops Team Lead - Vendor Relations, and an AVP, Account Analyst. Andrew also gained experience as an Operations Manager at Neat-Oh! International, LLC and as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Graybar Electric.

Andrew's first job after college was as an Admissions Fellow at Kenyon College, where they gained experience in the educational field.

Andrew Hoagland attended Kenyon College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Chinese. In 2008, they also attended Middlebury College and studied Mandarin Chinese, focusing on Chinese Language and Literature.
