Silvia Piedra

Silvia Piedra has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Silvia most recently worked at Factored as the Head of Human Resources starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at NovoPayment from December 2021 to May 2023, where they shaped and steered the People agenda and spearheaded talent acquisition and development efforts.

From September 2020 to December 2021, Silvia served as the Vice President of People & Culture at GOJA, an e-commerce company, where they partnered with executive leadership to strategize and implement people and culture operations to meet high growth needs.

Before that, Silvia worked at Cable & Wireless Communications from 2015 to 2020, initially as a Senior Director of People Business Partner and then as the Human Resources Director. Silvia provided expertise and advice on organizational design, culture, and workforce planning. Silvia also spearheaded efforts to identify revenue-generating and business transformation opportunities.

Silvia's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Manager at Sleek Surgical & MedSpa from 2006 to 2008, a Recruiter at T-Mobile in 2006, and a Recruiter at Racetrac Petroleum in 2005.

Silvia Piedra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. In August 2021, they obtained a certification as a Senior Professional from HRCI.
