Sonali Swain has two years of professional experience in software quality assurance engineering. Sonali started as an Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer at IHx cloud pvt ltd in 2020 and currently works as a QA Analyst at Factors.AI since 2021.

Sonali Swain began their education in 2010 when they completed their 10th grade at Panchayat High School in Sisilo, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Sonali then attended SAM Balipatna in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, where they completed their +2 in Science in 2013. In the same year, Sonali began their Bachelor of Computer Application at UNIITM Utkal University in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, which they completed in 2016. In 2016, they also started their Master of Computer Applications at USBM Bhubaneswar, which they completed in 2019.
