Sandira Calviac

Sandira Calviac is an experienced managing director at Nistana Ventures, specializing in early-stage startup and fund scouting with a focus on deep tech addressing critical infrastructure challenges. In addition to this role since September 2016, Sandira is actively involved as a member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco and serves as Ambassad’up for DEV'UP Centre-Val de Loire, promoting economic development in the Loire Valley. As a mentor at Factory Berlin, Katapult Accelerator, and Techstars, Sandira supports emerging talent. Sandira founded Voxiebox, a leader in interactive 3D display technology, and served as Chief Strategy Officer at Synapse Medicine, contributing to innovative solutions in medical prescriptions. Additionally, Sandira acted as a strategic advisor at L'HYDROPTERE 2.0 and held advisory and board positions with The Angels’ Forum, focusing on early-stage investments in high-impact startups.
