Paul Ferris

Paul Ferris is a professional appliance installer with extensive experience in customer service and benefits consulting. Since April 2015, Paul has worked at Factory Direct Appliance, specializing in appliance installation. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at Stoney Creek Hospitality Corp. as a front desk and guest service agent, and volunteered as an usher at CMAC, where responsibilities included assisting concert attendees and supporting volunteer coordination. Paul also worked as a life accident and health agent at Aflac, focusing on enhancing benefits packages for small and medium-sized businesses.
