Rob Jankowski is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Plant General Manager at Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies since February 2023, Rob has held key positions including Plant Manager at VIRTEX and Director of Production at Titan Spine. Previous roles also include Site Manager at Dentsply and Director of Operations at ER Wagner, where responsibilities encompassed P&L leadership and operational improvements in unionized environments. Rob's expertise extends to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, demonstrated during tenure at Associated Spring and Cherry Corporation.
