Ludovic Vilain

Ludovic Vilain is currently the General Counsel at factory14. Prior to that, they were a lecturer at the Luxembourg School for Commerce, teaching Luxembourg Corporate Law. Ludovic has also worked as a senior associate at Arendt & Medernach, where they specialized in corporate law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional business law. Additionally, they have advised clients on corporate governance and compliance matters. Ludovic Vilain has also worked as a lawyer at Strelia and DLA Piper.
