Brijpal Chugh

Brijpal Chugh serves as the Global Director of Data Transformation and Process Excellence at FactSet, a financial data and software company, where employment commenced in September 2011. Over the years, Brijpal has progressed through various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and Senior Operations Manager. Prior to FactSet, Brijpal worked at Intense Technologies Ltd. as Business Development Head, overseeing pre-sales for enterprise solutions, and at GE as Manager of Quality, where responsibilities included ensuring call quality and compliance across multiple portfolios. Earlier experience at GE Money Servicing involved leading operations and performance management for teams. Brijpal holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Osmania University, complemented by a diploma in Computer Applications from the National Institute of Information Technology.
