Daniel Mazzarella

Daniel Mazzarella serves as the Technical Coordinator at CIAFA, focusing on the protection and development of Argentina's phytosanitary and fertilizer industry since August 2023. Mazzarella also holds multiple academic roles as an Associate Professor at both Pontifical Argentine Catholic University and UADE, alongside part-time positions as a Plant Protection Professor at the University of Agriculture - University of Buenos Aires. Additionally, Mazzarella is a guest professor at Universidad Católica de Córdoba and the Faculty of Law at the University of Buenos Aires. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at SENASA, where Mazzarella contributed to the regulation and evaluation of agrochemicals from 2003 to 2021. Mazzarella's educational background includes a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and a specialization in Food Safety from Universidad Nacional de La Plata.
