Serge Fdida

VP, International Development at Sorbonne Université

Serge Fdida is a Professor of Computer Science at the Faculty of Science and Engineering of Sorbonne University. His field of research covers Internet technologies and architectures. He continues to coordinate several European and international research programmes on these themes. He also has extensive experience in technology transfer and enhancement. He was the director of a joint laboratory with Thales, co-founder of Qosmos and vice president of the national telecommunications research network. He has held several positions as a research director or evaluator within the CNRS, INRIA or other international bodies. He was successively Vice President in charge of Europe and then International Partnerships from 2012 to 2017.
