Tom Wynne-Morgan

Tom Wynne-Morgan is an experienced service designer and strategist, currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Design at Faculty since August 2023. With a robust background in various leadership roles, Wynne-Morgan directed Wynners Ltd. from March 2014 to April 2024, specializing in service design, product management, and digital strategy. Previous positions include serving as a Design Associate at Design Council, a Principal Service Designer at the UK Home Office, and a User Centred Policy Design Lead for Homelessness at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. An adept designer, Wynne-Morgan has contributed to high-impact projects across multiple government departments, including the Ministry of Justice and the Government Digital Service, as well as in consultancy roles with EY Seren and Engine Service Design. Educational credentials include an MA in Design Interactions from the Royal College of Art and a BA (Hons) in Interactive Arts from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
