Jacques Bertin

Jacques BERTIN has over 28 years of experience in the IT industry, primarily with BNP Paribas Cardif since August 1995. Currently serving as the Head of CoE IT Strategy, M&A and Design Services, Jacques oversees a substantial IT budget and numerous IT personnel across various regions. Key accomplishments include managing the merger of former IT regions, developing a three-year strategic IT roadmap, transforming AI platforms for claims management, and expanding IT Shared Service Centers. Previous roles encompassed positions as CIO for Northern Europe and Emerging Markets, IT Director, and several managerial positions focused on international IT solutions, project management, and digital development. Jacques's expertise spans insurance protection systems, project portfolio management, and operational efficiency in diverse, multicultural environments. Earlier career experience includes technical analysis for the Armée de Terre and IT development roles for Groupement des Mousquetaires.
