Brandon Malone

Brandon Malone is an experienced legal professional specializing in arbitration and advocacy, currently serving as an Arbitrator at Arbitra International since July 2021, and as a Discipline Panel Member for Scottish Rugby since September 2024. Concurrently, Brandon holds the position of Advocate at Ampersand Advocates and the Faculty of Advocates, and serves as a Barrister at Quadrant Chambers and as a Panel Arbitrator for multiple institutions, including FIDIC, HKIAC, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Dubai International Arbitration Centre, and SCCA. Brandon Malone earned an LLB in Law from the University of Aberdeen, followed by a Diploma in Legal Practice, also from the University of Aberdeen, and an LLM with Distinction in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde.
