Akmal Tanjung

Akmal Tanjung is an experienced academic leader currently serving as the Head of the Master Program in English Language Teaching at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan since July 2017. Additionally, Akmal has been a Trainer of Multimedia for Instructional Purposes at the University of PGRI Semarang since October 2013, focusing on multimedia curriculum design for educators. With a strong background in higher education, Akmal has held various roles, including University Lecturer and Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM since 2004, where responsibilities include fostering international collaborations and teaching courses related to English for Economics and Business Communication. Akmal’s educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Pune and multiple degrees related to education and multimedia from prestigious institutions worldwide.
