Febiola Rafles

Febiola Rafles has a robust background in international relations and recruitment, currently serving in the Global Relations and Mobility Office at the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM since April 2020, where responsibilities include managing international partnerships, summer programs, and international undergraduate program admissions. Prior to this role, Febiola worked as an HR Recruitment specialist at AMEYA LIVINGSTYLE INDONESIA from June 2019 to March 2020 and held a position focused on staff recruitment and selection at CV Karya Hidup Sentosa (QUICK Traktor) from February 2018 to December 2018. Febiola holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Sanata Dharma, obtained in 2018.
