Shana Randhava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and investment strategies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of New Incubation Ventures at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Shana leads global incubation and early-stage investments to foster innovation and develop sustainable brands. Shana has previously held significant roles, including Vice President of New Business Development at The Estée Lauder Companies and Executive Director of New Business Development at Forest Essentials. Shana has also acted as a Board Observer for several companies, including Haeckels and faculty.
