Jesús Noè Nogueiras

Jesús Noè Nogueiras is an experienced IT Manager and consultant with a diverse background in technology and marketing. Since January 2006, Jesús has served as the Coordinador general at FAD, overseeing the consultancy, management, and development of applications and technologies for various projects.
