Aron Damen

Aron Damen holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology. Starting as a Management Trainee at AkzoNobel, Aron has held various roles such as Process Engineer at different companies including Organon and Schering-Plough/Merck. Damen has also served as a Production Manager at PFW aroma chemicals and H.J. Heinz Company, where Aron managed the production of flavors, fragrances, and tomato ketchup. Currently, Damen is the Managing Director of Cirrec, the recycling division of Faerch Group. Aron's experience includes roles as Director of Operations and Transformation Lead at RB.
