Maria Gussgard Volckmar-Eeg

Maria Gussgard Volckmar-Eeg is a researcher at Fafo since September 2021, bringing extensive academic experience from the University of Stavanger where involvement included a PhD project on the significance of cultural sensitivity in job guidance and roles as a lecturer in sociology. In addition to a visiting doctoral researcher position at Aalborg University, Maria held previous roles as a course leader at Human-Etisk forbund and as a senior consultant at NAV. Maria's academic background includes a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Stavanger, a Master's in Sociology from the University of Oslo, and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences, also from the University of Oslo.
