Ander Arregui Guisasola

Ander Arregui Guisasola is an experienced operations and production coordinator with a strong background in process engineering. Currently serving as Jefatura de operaciones at Fagor Electronica since September 2023, Ander previously held the position of Coordinador de producción at Irizar e-mobility from April 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Técnico de ingeniería de procesos at EIKA S.COOP., Ingeniero de procesos at ALCORTA FORGING GROUP S.A., and Técnico de mejora continua at Defta Group. Ander began the professional journey with internships at Goimek, where skills in software implementation and Lean Manufacturing practices were developed. Academic qualifications include a Lean Green Belt Practitioner Manufacturing certification from Instituto lean management and a Master's degree in Production Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, along with a degree in Industrial Design and Product Development from Mondragon Unibertsitatea.
