Sahar de Groot

Sahar De Groot has extensive experience in procurement and account management. Sahar most recently worked as the Head of Procurement EMEA at Fagron. Prior to that, they held the position of Procurement Manager at AbbVie, where they successfully implemented global and local category and sourcing strategies. Sahar also served as a Procurement Manager at LANXESS, where they led the procurement team and was responsible for strategic contracts and modernizing the internal procurement system. Sahar started their career as an Expeditor at Procon Europe B.V. and later worked as an Expediting and Logistics professional at PDVSA Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. and then as a Commercial Project and Trade Coordinator at Cryonorm Projects bv. Sahar's experience encompasses a range of responsibilities, including driving spend management and savings initiatives, expanding commercial activities, and procuring supplies, equipment, and services.
