Chris Flannigan has over 27 years of experience in operations management. Chris began their career in 1993 with Forbo Movement Systems, where they held the role of Operations Manager and Plant Manager. In this role, they managed plant operations for a global manufacturer of industrial conveyor belting, and was responsible for areas such as Manufacturing, Assembly, Industrial Engineering, Lean Implementation, Supply Chain, budget development, performance management, quality management, and environmental health and safety. In 2020, they joined Fagus-GreCon Greten GmbH & Co. KG as Operations Manager, where they are responsible for the management of Assembly and Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Factory and Warehouse Personnel.

Chris Flannigan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Operations Management and Supervision, Industrial Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 1981 and 1985. Chris then went on to receive a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University between 1995 and 1997. In addition, they are certified in Certified Production and Inventory Control (CPIM) from APICS, and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt from ExpertRating Solutions.
