Michael Mehlhorn

Michael Mehlhorn has worked in various roles since 2005. Michael began as a Post-Doc/Assistant at Leibniz Universität Hannover in 2005. In 2007, they joined Phywe Systeme GmbH & Co. KG, where they held the roles of Director Product Management, Services, R&D and Senior Product Manager. Michael then moved to FAGUS-GRECON GRETEN GMBH & CO. KG in 2018, where they are currently the Director R&D - Fire Protection, leading a team of engineers in the fields of construction, electronics, software, certification, and technical communication. Michael's responsibilities include the development of market-oriented systems in close cooperation with customers, product management, sales and customer service.

Michael Mehlhorn obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physik from Freie Universität Berlin between 2000 and 2005. Prior to that, they received their Diplom in Physik from The University of Göttingen between 1994 and 2000.
