Oliver Meier

Oliver Meier has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Their most recent role was as the Culture & Engagement Lead (Associate Director) at Sandoz, where they were responsible for establishing a unified culture and fostering strong engagement across global teams. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of FAHAMU, a sustainability ecosystem that empowered employees. Oliver also owned a company called MOANA.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Meier worked at Novartis, where they held various roles, including Head of Strategy, Design, and Operations Connected Health.
