Pam Johnson develops innovative programs that transform the lives of families in communities throughout Appalachia. With over 20 years of experience in affordable housing, she is an expert at building relationships, working with partners to bring innovative solutions and resources to the region.

Ms. Johnson has been with Fahe for 17 years, serving as Vice President on the Board of Directors and providing support and institutional knowledge around initiatives such as Appalachia HEAT Squad® and 502 Demonstration Project. Under her guidance, Fahe was awarded two multi-year POWER awards from the Appalachian Regional Commission. She oversees Fahe’s Strategic Programs and Membership, a Network of 50+ locally rooted nonprofits. She collaborates with local leaders to develop opportunities that create lasting impact.

Ms. Johnson currently serves on the board of the Habitat for Humanity of Madison & Clark Counties, and is a 2018 graduate of the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government’s Achieving Excellence program.
