Steve Grant

Steve Grant has over 10 years of work experience in engineering and management roles. Steve is currently the Director of Engineering at Gumband, where they champion professional growth and sets technical direction for product engineering. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Software Engineering at Fifth Season. Steve has also held various managerial positions at McKesson, leading teams in site reliability engineering, devops, and software engineering. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Westinghouse Electric Company and PTC Alliance. Steve started their career as an Engineering Intern at Downes Associates, Inc. Steve holds a leadership role in the Student Leadership Association during their time at Geneva College.

Steve Grant completed their Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science at Geneva College from 2005 to 2009. Steve later pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering from Penn State University, which they completed from 2013 to 2015.
