Randall Bailey Elie is an experienced professional in marketing and retail with a strong emphasis on community empowerment and brand equity. Currently serving as the Founder of Rubix Tech AI since January 2024, and as the Senior Manager of Retention Marketing at Faherty Brand since September 2023, Randall has previously held significant roles including Founding Partner at Ethos Beauty LA, which focuses on supporting BIPOC and women-led brands. Randall's career includes positions with True Religion Brand Jeans and GOOD AMERICAN as a Senior Email/SMS Marketing Manager and Email Manager, respectively, as well as various roles at Delta Galil Industries and The TJX Companies, Inc.
